Outwell adds four new chairs to camping furniture range

OUTWELL has added four new camping chairs to its 2023 catalogue, all aimed at weight reduction and smaller packed sizes.

Two chairs in the new Compact range are aimed at campers on four-wheel touring holidays; active tent campers who travel light and on the move; and even motor cyclists and canoeists who need a compact but comfortable seat.

Both balance the need for small packed size and low weight with full seat padding for comfort and insulation. The chairs use two-tone PU-coated polyester with a fibre fill across the full seat, strapping to an aluminium frame that can support up to 120kg. Packing away involves simply unstrapping and rolling the fabric around the frame.

The Tryfan is a high-back lounge-style chair with a 40cm seat height with a detachable pillow. It weighs in at 1.8kg and packs away to 15cm x 14cm x 45cm.

The low-back Galtymore has been designed for dining where a more upright posture and the 46cm seat height benefits comfort levels. The Galtymore weighs 2.5kg and packs down to 13cm x 15cm x 50cm for transportation and storage.

The popular Leisure furniture range gets two new budget additions. Each utilises quality polyester and durable powder-coated steel frame that supports up to 125kg.

The Drysdale is a low 37cm seat with large feet perfect for the beach, soft ground and around the campfire. It also has a safety lock function for when in use.

The Catamarca Lounger successfully combines a high-back dining chair with a lounger – simply adjust the angles by pushing up legs and leaning back. The high back optimises head support when in the lounge position and the footrest is pushed out of the way while in the ‘dining’ position.

RRP: Galtymore £122.99; Tryfan £124.99; Drysdale Black £61.99; Catamarca Lounger Black £85.99
