As with the rest of the range, Sky 4 and 6 use the easy-to-pitch tunnel design, with the Scandinavian brand’s own Outtex 3000 Select polyester offering excellent weather protection.
This is enhanced by the Outwell Wind Stabilizer System – a unique feature that ensures a correctly pitched Sky tent will withstand Force 8 storms. Duraflex glass fibre poles are used to reduce weight and packed size while keeping the tent easy to pitch.
The doors are backed by mesh panels for bug-free ventilation, with the main entrance being protected from rain by an eyebrow porch and constructed as a flat wall to increase useable internal space.
The windows have a tinted finish to protect from UV light and glare as well as offering a high degree of privacy enhanced by toggle-up curtains. Other features include the Outwell HookTrack System that allows lights and small items to be positioned where required, and plentiful mesh pockets.
Sleep comfort comes in the form of Premier bedrooms, darkened to reduce incoming light and with mesh vents to allow adjustable airflow. Light is also reduced by dark outer panels over the bedroom area.
A bedroom cable port allows for electric hook-up.
Optional extras include a Canopy Tarp to provide extra protected outdoor living space. Footprints and carpets provide extra protection, comfort and easy maintenance. Extra sheltered living space can be added using a Lounge Connector to attach an Event or Summer Lounge.
RRP: Sky 4 £409.99; Sky 6 £553.99
